“Learn: FullSizeRendergain or acquire knowledge of or a skill in (something) by study, experience, or being taught.” (Merrian-Webster)

SMSEveryone has the ability to learn. However, how one learns a new skill or concept can be completely different. In education, there are different ways for students to acquire the information and learn the same concept. Some students enjoy the verbal interaction; others prefer to learn by doing, or some may want to discover their own learning. As an educator, I am challenged daily to deliver lessons that are engaging and interactive for high school students. I believe incorporating technology can be that answer.  In my experiences in the classroom, the engagement level increases when technology is involved.  Whether it be a Kahoot activity, an exploration with the graphing calculators, or a video lesson; I find it amazing to look up and see one hundred percent engagement.
